Service Description
I am now offering a unique form of therapy where we create a DIY/craft project together while also working on the whole reason that brought you into counseling to begin with. Some of my most requested projects: wreaths, floral arrangements, cards, succulent gardens, & centerpieces. (Examples featured in shop section) I will do my best to offer the most cost efficient supplies, or you’re welcome to bring your own items & ideas! I find that when I am engaged in these projects I not only get to practice some amazing self-care, but I also get to work out things that I’ve been wresting with emotionally which is what I will facilitate and work through with you. •I am focusing on nourishing the mind, body, & soul with individualized modalities. I will be leading the classes with step by step instructions, while also focusing on counseling and mental health education throughout the process. Individual and group sessions available.
