Service Description

I believe that mental health is much bigger than solely focusing on counseling. This options allows for you to not only have individual therapy but much more! Here I will also guide you with meal planning and healthy eating, fitness instruction including yoga, pilates, barre, and weight training, and a more spiritual focus on meditation and my unique work that I do focused on intuition.
